Our Accommodation

Three private villas are available: Lucky Bean, Ndale and Ugba. All are spacious, stand alone and en-suite with air conditioner. Each villa features a luxurious king size bed, lounge area with a Smart TV with Netflix, a modern, fully equipped kitchenette with under-counter fridge, kettle, coffee machine, single one plate induction hob, microwave and sink. There is a dining area and a sizable bathroom with bath and shower (Ugba has no bath). Ndale and Lucky Bean also offer a private outside shower for the adventurous.

Each villa has a private outside seating area with braai facilities and Lucky Bean and Ugba boast a roof area to watch the sun set or be captivated by the mystifying night sky.

Tucked away in the centre of the three private villas there is a splash pool to soak city blues away.

The 2 000 sq m estate features a landscaped garden with an olive grove and lavender field. Two of the villas are pet friendly.

Lucky Bean

Lucky Bean is a generous, private, spacious and luxurious room of 65m2 with a flat roof providing an exquisite area for a BBQ and/or star gazing. It comprises of a main bedroom with kitchenette, dining and lounge area with TV.

All villas have top end finishes, king size beds with enclosed mosquito nets, air conditioners and storage space for long or short stays.

McGregor is fast becoming a destination for online working, so take a break and work in tranquility for a few days. There is a desk for remote working and fast, reliable internet in each villa.

The room is ensuite with separate enclosed shower and bath room with a modern bath. There is also a separate make-up room and separate toilet. For the free spirits, there is a romantic outside shower.

The kitchenette has an under-counter fridge, kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave and sink. Basic pots and pans and cutlery/glasses are provided.

There is an air-conditioner to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. The bed is enclosed by a large mosquito net.

Being pet lovers ourselves, we are pet friendly.

Ndale

The Ndale Tree is known as a Snake Bean Tree in Zambia). Ndale is a generous spacious and luxurious room of 70m2 with exposed trusses. It comprises a main bedroom with kitchenette and dining and lounge area with TV.

All villas have top end finishes, king size beds with enclosed mosquito nets, air conditioners and storage space for long or short stays.

Ndale is ensuite with separate enclosed shower and a modern bath. There is also a separate make-up room and separate toilet. For the free spirited, there is a romantic outside shower.

Ugba

Ugba (African Oil Bean Tree), Part of The Bean Tree, is a wonderful, private standalone unit comprising a bedroom with ensuite shower, basin and as well as a separate lounge/ kitchenette, ideal for those with different sleep patterns. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a one plate induction hob, kettle, microwave, fridge coffee machine and toaster. Basic pots and pans and cutlery/glasses are provided.

Whilst Ugba is the smallest unit of the three (approximately 40m2), it has a wonderful private roof/view deck which has magnificent 360′ views to the krans, village and mountains. It is ideal for sundowners, a BBQ, soaking up the suns rays or star gazing.

Ugba has it’s own small private courtyard, but due to the configuration, it is unfortunately not pet friendly – Lucky Bean and Ndale are pet friendly.
